Body:	<i>I received this message from Wadell's daughter on Wed. Aug 26, 2009: Good evening Paul, Sadly, I'm writing to let you know that my dad's battle is over. He passed away this afternoon very peacefully. He gave it a good fight but was very tired. This was a long year for him/us. I know he's in a better place now where he'll never suffer or have pain again. We're still trying to finalize his funeral and wake. Will let you know details as soon as I can. Thank you's to you and the class of '57 for the beautiful cards. He enjoyed seeing them and knowing that people were still thinking of him. Blessings, Christine </i> *
