Closing of Request for Contributions

The campaign to cover the expenses of the web site is now over. This will be the last partial list of contributors that I will post. Any further contributions received will be acknowledged individually and the individual's name will be included in the total last of contributors that I am gointg to post in a prominent location on our web sit. The final contributors to be collectively published are:
