We have had 76 people contribute to the expense of keeping the web site running. The contributions totalled $965. The list of contributors is located in the 'Photo Galleries' section and will be updated as necessary. Our intial layout was for 2 years of operation and was $320 so there is $645 left over. Each year of operation costs $120 so we have enough money to keep it operating until 8/12/14 or two years beyond the next reunion. I will be putting the excess money into an interest bearing account. My intent is to get a tax number for PHS1957 and set up the account in its name. Myself and one other person will be the trustees for the account, albeit the transactions will be done by me. The reason for the 2nd trustee is in the event I am unable to do the job for whatever reason.

Some of the excess money may be used to try to contact people who are listed by us as 'Missing' or for whom we don't have a phone number or email address. This should be less than $25.00

If you have any suggestions (or complaints), please let me or any of the other administrators know of them.

Thanks to all of you for contributing. For those who missed out on the opportunity to contribute, we'll be doing it again in a little over 5 years!
