It passed through several owners before being purchased in 2001 by Becky Smith, who converted it into a bed and breakfast with eight guest suites. Smith has put the structure in the market, asking $800,000 for it as a bed and breakfast and $700,000 as a private home. The picture above shows the Thaddeus Clapp House in the summer of 2010.
