After many decades, a re-acquaintance of John Seely (L), and PHS Class of 1957 football teammate, John Kozaka (R).  The heated focus was a memorable 19-0 victory over Adams High School, 27 October 1956, and an heroic 98-yard punt return by John Seely that was called-back because of a clip. 

It went something like this,

Seely: 'You did it!' 
Kozaka: 'It was a bad call by the ref (Head Linesman Dale Long of major league baseball fame), it wasn't my fault.' 
Seely: 'I busted a gut for 98 yards, and you...and you...'. 
Kozaka: 'You should have gone straight down the sideline instead of back-and-forth all over the field.' 

The alleged Kozaka clip was at the PHS 17 yard line. 

Let the truth be known.  PHS lost 6 fumbles, and had 55 yards in penalties.  The numbers don't include penalties refused or undetected, and fumbles recovered by the fumbling team.
