The space between the Episcopal Church and the Old City Hall is called Allen Street today, August 2010. Notice the barrier built not allowing entrance to Allen Street from traffic heading east past Park Square. This was as a result of the implementation of a new traffic pattern at Park Square in the spring of 2010.
