 Day 11 Dr. Henry Childs Additional info: Also involved in the creation of The Berkshire Medical Institution were Daniel Collins and Asa Burbank. The Institution was originally part of Williams College. In 1837, it was detached from Williams and Dr. Childs was made president, serving until 1863.
