1910s(??)  Bartlett Avenue - South of Broad Street  --- 'A portion of the east side of a late extension of Bartlett avenue is here shown. The houses shown in the picture, from left to right, are the homes of W. R. Thomas, George D. Dutton, A. F. Blasdell, Rev. Payson E. Pierce, Stuart H. Clapp, Ralph Dennett and Prof. Rufus Sheldon. This section was a part of the Charles Atwater property. Its attractive residences and fine outlook to the south give this section a pleasing distinction.'
