This is not quite the same as the others in this group but I thought I'd make up a very rough image above. This is the Popcorn Corner -- without the Popcorn Wagon. The way it would have looked back then in the 50s.The city recently (2008) passed an ordinance regarding street vendors which essentially put the wagon out of business. The --------- city council did not grandfather the wagon nor did it make a specific exemption for it. (Please supply your customized disparaging, insulting and offensive adjective in place of the dashes)
